We have been nothing but impressed and reassured with the support and help provided by Roy and Nerine in purchasing our first home abroad. Nothing has been too much trouble, from the initial email query that we sent through, to completing the sale and getting the keys. The level of customer service provided by them has been outstanding.

From the start, Roy set the bar high with his response times to our somewhat daft and basic questions, and was always on hand to help with anything that we needed.

He was patient and knowledgeable and has gone out of his way to not only find us a cracking property, but help in any way he could with the purchase, finding a solicitor, setting up a Spanish bank account, and even looking for shops to purchase new furniture.
