Roy responded promptly and, in one in-depth telephone consultation, presented as being a true and honest gentleman, realistic in approach, neither embellishes nor catastrophizes, and yet is highly personable and professional with acute attention to detail in zoning in as to whether the property met my needs/expectations. Roy's years of experience certainly showed as I immediately identified that Roy clearly knows his business inside out and I found his high standards of professional ethics and particularly personal approach to be refreshingly unique.

Having subsequently met Roy in person at viewings of the property, my already high opinions of Roy were further enhanced. He was more than accommodating with all throughout the buying process, whether for further viewing or seemingly silly wee questions. For me, Roy transformed a potentially stressful situation such as a house purchase in my case, into an actually pleasant and relaxed experience!

Most impressive is Roy's open channel of communication between Vendor and Purchaser and his impressive mutual negotiation skills. He has an innate ability to act in the best and fair interests of both parties, ensuring that both are fully informed throughout the buying process, with any queries being quickly answered.

I certainly will not hesitate to utilize the unique and outstanding services of Fuerteventura Property World for my already planned further property purchases on the island.
