After 5 holidays in Corralejo, Lajares and Tindaya, we knew that we wanted to spend more time on the island so we looked at hundreds of houses and apartments on all the websites.
Finally we saw an apartment that we liked on the website of Fuerteventura Property World. We visited it on monday 12th-11-2018, we made an offer right away, and had an agreement on Tuesday 13th-11. Roy took us to the bank on the 14th-11 to open an account, he took us to the lawyer on the 15th-11 (you need one to help you through the whole process) and it was all done within a few days. We continued our holiday.
On 30th-1-2019, our lawyer signed the contract and we became the proud owners of an apartment in Corralejo with beautiful views. Roy was there all the time.
If you are afraid to buy a property, don't be!! Roy and Nerine take you by the hand and help you through the process. We are very grateful for all the work they did for us and we can only recommend them.
