We were contemplating moving to the island in early 2019 and over the 16 years that we had our apartment, gotten to know the areas well. We had a list of things we wanted from the house and were scouring the websites daily with no success. It was not until we met Roy and told him of our needs that we made progress.
Within a few days, he had shown us an ideal house that we quickly decided to progress with. In two months, we had bought it and have now moved to the island.
Roy continues to support us with contacts for tax, cars and residdency and without him, we would not be here. He puts all the power with you and is completely trustworthy.
