Being novices at buying property abroad, we were really pleased to find an English-speaking agent who also happened to be very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the whole buying process.
Roy was helpful in recommending the various professionals required to enable the purchase to go through smoothly from English-speaking lawyers, banks and currency houses.
We had a limited time in Fuerteventura to get everything arranged before flying home and he organised and accompanied us to meet with the lawyer and Notary. Since completing on our purchase, Roy has continued to provide invaluable advice and guidance on a whole range of matters.
